Who we are

Our website address is:

What personal data we collect and why

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When you contact us via the contact form, you understand that we have your details, and keep a record of our message for a certain length of time. Messages are completely secure. And no-one but ourselves will have your email address, etc. By using the contact form, you also give us permission to contact you (reply). Should you wish to remove this data, contact us.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We use analytics to help us serve our readers better. This includes non sensitive information. And may include information such as the type of device you visit from, or your country, or state. We don’t keep a record of this data. But it is stored in webmaster utilities/software, on and off this website. (Example Google Analytics). And this is a small cookie, to let us know where you’re visiting from, and what you searched for. This information is also found on our servers, which are also secure.

Who we share your data with

We always respect our readers privacy. And we promise not to share, or sell your data with any other business or company. We are a marketing/Publishing business, and we will never share your data, sensitive, or non-sensitive with anyone else. (3rd party sites you visit may see your IP which is for analytic purposes, as above). Only when you sign up, and submit your own details, then you are responsible from there on, and at any other website you visit.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

We will only hold your contact information for as long as is necessary when you contact us via form or email. If you subscribe, comment, or submit data with your email, you may choose to delete your contact email from our website.

Additional information

Our main interest is to serve our readers with the most current, up to date information. And we don’t believe in breeching peoples privacy when they use information services such as ours. Some less scrupulous sites will take advantage of data. But we don’t! Each website will always have attempts to hack or scrape the website. And we always suggest you use a VPN or install anti-virus, anti-malware, & anti-phishing software for your own protection. Or set up your browser to medium security, so that can be automated for you. Always look for the SSL sign, or the web address (HTTPS), meaning secure.

How we protect your data

We are very serious about security. And we use SSL & password protection, plus extra levels of protection for the software we use on this site, and on our servers.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We rigorously test our websites. And check our servers and web pages on a regular basis. And will always let readers know if there is any threat they should be aware of. We haven’t seen a breech of information, or security YET. But we will always contact our subscribers, and readers right away, if we do.

What third parties we receive data from

We work together with our partners (the casinos), and other analytic webmaster tools, search engines, and we use affiliate links which track your visit to external sites (whether you sign up or not). This gives us insights to where our visitors are.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We are very firm in the belief that people have the right to surf the web in peace. And we don’t profile our visitors, or make any unnecessary profiling. If there is any SPAM, abuse, or unusual clicking, we may block the user. Or report if we need to. Underage players/readers are certainly not permitted to use our site. And we may offer services, such as parental controls, such as request an IP block is one of many possible solutions (upon request). We will provide your data to assist agencies.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements

We work with our partners to stay compliant. And we are regularly checking the latest compliance details at UKGC, CAP, ASAP, GWPA, & many more. We use advertising as part of a marketing initiative to help make casino offers available and share casino news & bonuses to readers 18+. We don’t encourage illegal, underage, or irresponsible gambling on our site. Our reviews are opinions, or evaluations of an overview of games features/casino features, such as bonuses, or games.

We are a recent site, and we are always looking for ways to improve, and interested in working with you/updating our data.
